Sotomayor's Confirmation to the Supreme Court: one step closer

I just received news that the Senate Judiciary Committee just voted in favor of judge Sotomayor's confirmation by a vote 13-6, only one republican, Sen. Graham, joined the democrats. The rest of the committee republicans voted against her nomination. The senate majority leader, Harry Reid, announced the full senate will take up Sotomayor's confirmation vote next week.

Felicidades! She's almost there.
